Many of the issues and problems with steam machines is that they are not built as true commercial grade units. They are not made to run all day long as some detailers need them to. They are just not powerful enough for really tough jobs and cannot be used for long periods of time and still hold the pressure and heat to effectively clean a vehicle We have been researching  steamer companies for many years in anticipation of being able to sell a detailer a truly commercial grade unit at a fairly low price. The problem is that the low price and true commercial grade are not interchangeable. We found many of the imported steamers are “good” units and may be good for a percentage of vehicles and may hold up if not used for long periods of time every day. However, for extremely dirty vehicles, and for detail shops that need and demand a steam machine to run all day, every day, these machines just don’t cut it. • The Vapor Chief steam cleaner is the ONLY steam machine made in the USA
• This is a true, heavy duty, commercial grade steamer that can be used in ANY application
• The entire casing is made from heavy duty stainless steel, NOT aluminum or plastic
• Lifetime warranty on this heavy duty stainless steel AISI 316 boiler. The boiler alone on this machine weighs 8 pounds…..compared to about 2 pounds on most other “commercial” grade steamers.
• Replaceable (and its easy to do) Heating element but it will last for years
• This machine is the only machine with a huge 1.5 gallon capacity. This will keep you working for up to 5 hours. This is the BIGGEST boiler out there on a 110 volt steam machine.
• 1 year warranty on the Incaloy heating element, which is known to do a better job at resisting corrosion than the more common copper or stainless heating elements
• This heating element can be removed if it needs repair without discarding the boiler. This makes for an easier and cheaper repair if it’s ever needed.
