Well, this steamer does exist and we have helped develop it. With our extensive knowledge of steam and the understanding of what detailers need and demand, we have made it happen. Never before has there been a machine like this, and we are the only ones who have it!

There is a new and innovative steam technology now available in the USA only through us. It's called Non Boiler Steam technology. Simply put, a steamer is made "without" a boiler. It can produce steam in a non boiler environment which has huge advantages over boiler type steamers.

We are constantly investigating steamers and any new steamer that may come to the market. A while ago we came across a new technology that quite frankly we didn't believe could create steam. Not only does this technology create steam, but it is more efficient, can create more pressure and heat and is safer than a boiler unit.

How is the steam created?

In a non boiler steamer, you need 2 main components. You need a pump and a heat and steam generator. This technology incorporates a water tank but it is not under pressure since there is no boiler. It's like a tank in a continuous fill steamer. The water tank is non pressurized and only holds water. The amazing thing in a non boiler system is that the steam pressure comes from a pump, and NOT a boiler. This is patented technology. This system is also basically a heat as needed scenario where you are not wasting energy heating a large volume of water and storing it as steam in a pressurized boiler. In this Non Boiler steamer, the steam is held in a heating chamber and is ready to go as needed like a boiler. When you request steam, a pump pushes out the steam as steam pressure. The pump ensures that the steam pressure is high and has a steady working pressure for constant use. The heating chamber is safe because its only job is to turn water into steam and it is not creating the pressure. Sometimes boiler units can develop "hot" spots in the boiler from scale deposits. This can create a distorted shape to the boiler and over time a weak spot can develop and cause problems. Also some cheaper boiler machines develop cracks in the interior walls. Both of these scenarios are very dangerous and cannot be detected unless a boiler check is periodically done. Boiler steamers that have heavy duty boilers will be safer, but more expensive. But a Non Boiler steamer is totally safe and much more energy efficient.

When the steam is released, the heating chamber can quickly heat more steam for immediate use. This ensures that the pressure is there when you need it. The combination of a pump and this special heating chamber allows this Non Boiler steam machine to heat in 2-3 minutes and recover to full pressure in about 1 minute!

Only now in North America is non boiler technology available

This technology has worked perfectly overseas where the electricity is 240 volt and much higher wattage and amperage can be used. Overseas where this technology developed, they were using very high wattage heating chambers to make steam almost instantly and create extraordinary pressure and heat. It worked like a charm. However here in North America where our electricity is 120 volts and a limited amount of wattage and amps can be used, this was a huge challenge for us to help develop. 

If the steam used cannot be replaced quickly, the steamer will have good initial pressure but quickly lose pressure as there will be no more steam in the heating chamber. This is why creating this steamer in 120 volt electric was a huge challenge. But it has been done! And we are the only ones who have this technology!
